How To Ensure You Will Win The Lawsuit and Collect Royalties
Sell a picture of your COPYRIGHTED Face to a friend.
Create a receipt for the sale of the picture of your copyrighted face. "All data included, intellectual property." (don't forget to date the receipt!)
Give your friend the receipt that documents your friend paid at least $250 for the picture of your copyrighted face. (I sold the picture of my face for $995 - I then let my friend borrow $995!)
Make sure the receipt details the purchase of a picture of your COPYRIGHTED face! Include all data involved as intellectual property!
Have your friend sign his or her signature on the receipt and save a carbon copy of the receipt for your records.
To make it all an irrefutable deal, put an asking price for any and all pictures of yourself that you have posted anywhere on the internet!!! (facebook, etc.)
ONE DAY YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CASH IN ON THE CARBON COPY OF THAT RECEIPT!!!
